CAMPERDOWN STUDIOS COVID -19 SAFETY PLAN
Camperdown Studios has implemented the following COVID Safety Plan to ensure the safety of our staff, clients, and community.
Studios available at reduced capacity
Studio 1 Total 120 sqm Max 12 pax ( 10 sqm per person )
Studio 2 Total 60 sqm Closed
Studio 3 Total 80 sqm Max 8 pax ( 10 sqm per person )
Requirements for working in Camperdown Studios:
Please ensure that if you are coming on site you follow the below requirements.
- NSW Health QR Code Check In upon arrival
- Face Masks are required at all times*
* The exception to this is the removal of a face mask by a model in a shoot. (subject to relevant
Government health orders & regulations)
- Adherence to social distancing guidelines
The NSW Government requires people aged 16 and over to be fully vaccinated (or have a medical exemption) to enter certain venues, this includes Camperdown Studios.
The designated COVID-19 officer will be required to witness the COVID-19 digital certificate of each crew member.
Guidelines for shooting in Camperdown Studios
We require that studio clients provide call sheets or a ledger of all shoot participants. Call sheets or ledgers must include the following details for all crew members:
- Full name, Contact number, Times on site, Witnessed digital vaccination certificate
All bookings are also required to have a designated COVID Safety Officer on site, name and mobile number of the officer must be given to Camperdown Studios staff prior to the shoot.
Clients will also be required to provide a COVID Safety Plan prior to your shoot.
Equipment, backdrops, and goods will be placed in studios and disinfected with alcohol-based wipes the night prior to each shoot to keep human contact to a minimum. No in person service will be provided during the booking, so please pre-book all equipment required.
Enhanced cleaning procedures for our studios and common areas include: Daily cleans on surfaces, door handles and furniture with hospital grade disinfectant.
Test shoots, work on personal projects and any shoot that can be delayed until after lockdown or can reasonably be completed from home will not be permitted.
REMOVAL OF FACE MASKS

For talent receiving hair and makeup it is recommended they have their hair done first with the mask on. They may then remove the mask for a short period (if required) to have their makeup done.
The hair and makeup stylist(s) must have a mask on at all times.
Talent may remove a mask during a shoot provided all other crew members are socially distanced.
The talent must put their mask back on during any breaks and immediately before and after the shoot period.
