Terms and Conditions of Catalogic Pty Ltd ( Camperdown Studios )
Bookings / Cancellations
Full payment is required upon booking.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No cancellation will be accepted within 48 hours of your booking
COVID-19 cancelation policy
We understand the need for flexibility during these uncertain times, In the event of a forced government close down, we will credit all studio hires and move them to a future date as required.
Change of Booking Date
* Change of date made 1 week before your booking is free of charge (one time only**)
* Change of date made more than 48 hours, less than 1 week before your booking will incur $100+GST change fee
for each day booked.
* No change allowed within 48 hours of your booking
The Studio is to be left in the same condition as found, otherwise a cleaning fee of $80+GST will be charged.
All rubbish should be placed in the bin provided, excess rubbish will incur extra charge of $10+GST per bag.
Insurance and Indemnity
Catalogic Pty Ltd (Camperdown Studios) has insure the studio premise against all normal insurable risks but not further or otherwise. Should any part of the property or hire equipment be damaged due to negligence then the hirer will be charged the repair or replacement cost.
The Hirer is responsible for insuring there own equipment and personal property and that belonging to their clients, assistants, associated personnel and other third party individuals.
Please ensure that your public liability insurance covers you whilst using Camperdown Studios.
The Hirer agrees to indemnify Camperdown Studios (Catalogic Pty Ltd) against all costs, losses or charges incurred by Camperdown Studios (Catalogic Pty Ltd) as a result of use of our studios or equipments.
Catalogic Pty Ltd (Camperdown Studio) reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time with or without notice if the Hirer has breached any terms of this agreement or for reasons of force major.
